Roy Sherwood
Roy Sherwood serves as the lead elder at Bellbrook Bible Church. He shares responsibility for shepherding the church, including the primary responsibility for preaching. He received his BA in Biblical Studies from Cedarville University in 2008 and his ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2012. Roy and Bekah have been married since 2009, and they have two daughters, Ellie and Eden. Roy enjoys quality time with family, learning about all kinds of things, games that leave everyone laughing, nature trails, disc golf, guitar, Phillies baseball, Eagles football, and baking bread most Fridays. His ministry influences include the verse-by-verse, book-by-book, expository preaching of Calvary Chapel, the discipleship ministries of The Navigators and CCEF, and the writings of John Piper and 9Marks.
Gabe Sallstrom
Gabe Sallstrom serves as an elder at Bellbrook Bible Church. He shares responsibility for shepherding the church, including the leading music and regular preaching. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cedarville University in 2019 and is currently working on his Master of Divinity from Liberty University. Gabe has been married to his lovely wife, Mallory, since 2019 and they have a daughter, Ruth. They live in Bellbrook and enjoy a good trip to the Dairy Shed or Blueberry Cafe. Gabe is a huge Bible nerd and enjoys playing basketball, listening to podcasts, reading books, and spending time with family and friends. His ministry influences include the writing and preaching of John Piper and resources from Desiring God, 9Marks, and The Gospel Coalition.
